Before we begin, a Chelmsford Cleaners representative will visit the property to assess which areas need attention. We’ll then provide a written estimate, confirming the schedule and price.
We offer the following as standard:
- A deep clean of bathrooms and kitchens.
- Wiping down cupboard fronts.
- Floor cleaning and washing.
- Dusting of skirting boards, picture frames, lampshades, ornaments, windowsills, and furniture.
- Vacuuming of all rooms.
- Cleaning of painted surfaces.
If you require anything else, just ask. Remember:
- The end of tenancy cleaning will be performed according to the instructions provided at the time of booking, as outlined in the service estimate.
- Chelmsford Cleaners is not responsible if the work completed does not meet the standard required by a third party.
- Chelmsford Cleaners will not be liable for any additional costs imposed by a third party.
